The candidate will operate and maintain IR, ICP-OES, Ion Chromatography, and SEM-EDS, perform wet chemistry, and compile detailed analytical reports for senior staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry is required.
• Experience operating analytical laboratory equipment preferred.
• Solid understanding of chemical principles and calculations.
• Ability to prepare and analyze solutions with precision.
• High attention to detail and consistency in performing tasks.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and label chemical samples with accuracy and clear records.
• Perform analytical testing using IR, ICP-OES, Ion Chromatography and SEM-EDS.
• Conduct standard wet chemistry techniques for quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Perform elemental analysis and material characterization for unknowns.
• Maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot analytical instruments as needed.
• Record data clearly in lab notebooks and digital logs; compile reports.
