Job summary

PDI, a leader in healthcare products, is seeking a 3rd shift Analytical Chemist (Sun–Thu, 11:00 PM–7:30 AM) to analyze incoming raw materials per USP, SOPs, and GMPs, ensuring only compliant materials are released and documenting results.

You will perform pH, viscosity, titration, and identity tests with instruments, maintain logs, support QC release, and help keep the lab safe and organized. Salary range $55,000–$65,000 with bonus; benefits available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or Analytical Chemistry or related science.
• 0–3 years laboratory experience, preferably Analytical Chemistry.
• Proficient in MS Office; able to read/write English and follow SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Analyze incoming raw materials per USP, SOPs, WIs, NPTM, and GMPs.
• Perform pH, viscosity, refractive index, and titration tests.
• Determine active percentages using IR/UV/auto-titrator instruments.
• Maintain accurate lab logs and documentation for traceability.
• Assist in sampling, testing, and release of materials.
