Job summary

Eurofins Environment Testing (USA) is seeking a Laboratory Technician for 2nd shift (M-F, 3pm–11:30pm; training 7am–3:30pm). The role requires a chemistry/biology background and strong English proficiency to prepare and analyze samples using LC/MS or GC/MS methods.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Biology, or related field.
• English reading, writing and speaking proficiency required.
• US work authorization without restriction or sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Applies GMP/GLP in all areas of responsibility.
• Perform prep/analysis of samples for various analytical methods.
• Analyze/prep samples and QC for routine testing.
• Review and assemble supporting data for work performed.
• Maintain equipment used for routine work.
• Follow SOPs required by EPA or company methods and QC.
• Prepare standard solutions and reagents.
• Use word processors and spreadsheets on PC.
• Dispose of chemical wastes using approved methods.
• Carry out work safely and efficiently.
