Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or a related field.
• 0–3 years of hands-on laboratory experience in an academic or industry setting.
• Proficiency in gel electrophoresis, SDS-PAGE, western blotting, and plate-based assays.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and non-routine analysis of samples using plate reader-based assays, western blotting, and related techniques.
• Prepare reagents, buffers, and samples according to SOPs and protocols.
• Maintain accurate documentation in lab notebooks and electronic systems.
• Analyze and interpret data, and present findings in team meetings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including upstream and downstream.
• Assist in method development, optimization, and troubleshooting.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
