Job summary

Quick Services LLC is seeking an experienced Analytic Support/Software Sustainment and Engineer to provide expertise in ISR strategy and planning. The role involves guiding the implementation of data collection strategies and analyzing ISR data to generate actionable intelligence reports.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 5 years in software engineering and sustainment, making substantial contributions to operational applications and databases in secure environments.

Analytic Support/ Software Sustainment and Engineer

This job is located at: Wright-Patterson AFB, OH

Responsibilities

• Provide subject‑matter expertise in ISR strategy and planning, development of operational concepts, tasking strategies, and asset allocation to meet mission objectives.


• Guide the design and implementation of effective data collection strategies, optimize sensor platforms, and ensure the integration of diverse data sources while maintaining data quality and relevance.


• Analyze ISR data, offering expert interpretation and producing actionable intelligence reports that support decision‑making at all levels. Provide recommendations for the selection, operation, and enhancement of ISR technologies and systems, ensuring alignment with mission needs and security requirements.


• Support mission‑specific requirements by working closely with Government teams to define ISR priorities, fill intelligence gaps, and adjust strategies as needed during execution. Ensure all efforts adhere to applicable security protocols and provide technical guidance to maintain system integrity and operational effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree plus a minimum of 5+ years of experience in software engineering and software sustainment, including maintenance and enhancement of operational applications and databases, requirements analysis, defect triage and resolution, version control and configuration management, scripting/automation, test and validation support, and documentation/user support in secure or enterprise environments, or equivalent experience/responsibility.
