Job summary

A Veteran-Owned Small Business is looking for a Sr. All-Source Analysis CI and Research, Technology, Protection (RTP) Analysis Support. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in all-source analysis, research, and an understanding of foreign threats. They will be responsible for supporting a Federal Government client, presenting analytics to senior leaders, and working in a team environment. Applicants must have a security clearance TS/SCI with CI Poly or the ability to obtain it. This position offers a comprehensive benefits package including healthcare and retirement plans.

Qualifications

Job Requirements

Desired experiences:

• Must be a graduate of a military department or civilian intelligence analyst course:
• Army (35F, 351F, 35M, 351M, or CISAC); Air Force (BISC); or Navy (SABTB).
• Minimum 8 years of experience as an all-source analyst.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Research, Development, and Acquisition. Demonstrated research, analysis and writing skills IAW ICD 203.
• Must have an understanding of Foreign Intelligence Entity tactics, techniques, and procedures.
• Must be familiar with foreign threats to DoD or federal government technology research and development programs and/or threats to DoD or federal government infrastructure.
• Must possess strong oral and written communication skills to present and advocate for analytic methodologies.
• Must demonstrate the ability to write clear and concise communications for senior leaders.
• Must possess familiarity with common Intelligence Community software and systems.
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must be able to work independently and as a member of a team in a high-operational-tempo environment.

Desired education

• High School Diploma - 20 years of relevant experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
• Associate’s degree - 16 years of relevant experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
• Bachelor’s degree - 14 years of relevant experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
• Master’s degree - 12 years of relevant experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.

Security Clearance

• Security clearance required TS/SCI with CI POLY or the ability to obtain CI POLY.
