Job summary

McLane Company, Inc. is seeking an Analyst, Warehouse Systems in Temple, TX to manage OS upgrades, coordinate cross-department activities, document changes, and drive corrective actions across our distribution network.

This role involves maintaining and troubleshooting conveyors, PLCs, scanners, and the warehouse management system, coordinating upgrades, validating changes, and supporting new item additions using space data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field with at least 6 months of experience as an Analyst, Warehouse Systems.
• Experience coordinating OS upgrades, equipment maintenance, and corrective actions in a warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage OS Upgrade and coordinate cross-department activities.
• Document changes and coordinate corrective actions.
• Manage supplier contracts and ensure on-time delivery of equipment and materials.
• Diagnose and resolve issues with conveyors, PLCs, scanners; validate fixes.
• Maintain maintenance logs and troubleshoot reports.
• Configure, install and upgrade Warehouse Management System; validate changes after upgrades.
• Support new item additions using space data.

JOB TITLE: Analyst, Warehouse Systems

LOCATION: Temple, TX

JOB DESCRIPTION: Manage OS Upgrade, coordinate cross-department activities, document changes, coordinate corrective actions. Manage supplier contracts, ensure on-time delivery of equipment and materials, root cause analysis and preventative actions. Conveyors, PLCs, scanners – diagnose and resolve operational issues, coordinate corrective actions, validate fixes. Maintenance logs, create divisional QBR, troubleshoot reports, device modifications. Configure warehouse management systems, support installations/upgrades, validate system changes after upgrades, support new item additions using space data. Position located in Temple, TX and sites yet to be determined throughout the U.S.

EDUCATIONAL/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, or a related field plus 6 months of experience as an Analyst, Warehouse Systems or related occupation.
