Job summary

McLane Company, Inc. is seeking an Analyst, Warehouse Systems to lead OS upgrades, coordinate cross-functional projects, and document configurations across Temple, TX site.

You will partner with IT and operations to diagnose equipment issues, maintain system changes after upgrades, and support new item additions using space data. This role is based in Temple with occasional travel across the U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 6 months of experience as an Analyst, Warehouse Systems or related occupation.

Responsibilities

• Manage OS upgrades and coordinate cross-department activities.
• Document changes and coordinate corrective actions across teams.
• Manage supplier contracts and ensure on-time delivery of equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve issues with conveyors, PLCs, and scanners.
• Configure and support warehouse management systems, including upgrades.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Manage OS Upgrade, coordinate cross-department activities, document changes, coordinate corrective actions. Manage supplier contracts, ensure on-time delivery of equipment and materials, root cause analysis and preventative actions. Conveyors, PLCs, scanners - diagnose and resolve operational issues, coordinate corrective actions, validate fixes. Maintenance logs, create divisional QBR, troubleshoot reports, device modifications. Configure warehouse management systems, support installations/upgrades, validate system changes after upgrades, support new item additions using space data. Position located in Temple, TX and sites yet to be determined throughout the U.S.

EDUCATIONAL/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, or a related field plus 6 months of experience as an Analyst, Warehouse Systems or related occupation.

OFFERED WAGE:

$91,090 per year (Please note, salary does not have to be included on the website posting, unless necessary due to format)
