XPO Logistics, Inc. is hiring a Tax Analyst in the United States. The role supports service centers and shops on vehicle registration, tolls, and permits for tractor fleets, while handling related documents and transfers.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with at least 1 year of experience, and are proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office. The position also offers health benefits, PTO, and a company incentive plan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience is required.
• 1 year of related experience is required.
• Proficiency in Windows applications and Microsoft Office is expected.

Responsabilités

• Provide support to service centers and shops with vehicle registration matters for the tractor and trailer fleets including register new vehicles, request replacement plates, weight changes, and related transactions.
• Provide support in toll functions including managing toll devices, paying toll invoices, reviewing and resolving toll violations.
• Apply and manage permits for the tractor fleet including triples, hazmat, alcohol and other permits.
• Process necessary documents related to sales of company vehicles, purchases of new equipment, and transfers.
• Support the legal team by providing documents as needed.
• Support licensing team and other applicable departments with printing orders and mail services

• Availability to work a flexible schedule to cover projects, including planned and unplanned overtime, which may include weekends
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and resolve problems

• Ability to identify opportunities to increase accuracy, optimize resources and develop, recommend and implement solutions
