Job description

The fully remote Analyst role requires strong data analytics skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to work in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in advanced Excel and Power BI dashboard development is essential. An understanding of Demand and Supply processes, particularly with an SAP background, is preferred. The Analyst will handle data management, global allocation plans, order management, data requests, and support the development of SAP capabilities within the Business Unit.

This is an individual contributor role that involves applying professional judgment independently with minimal supervision. Typically, a university degree or extensive practical experience in the field is required. The role necessitates understanding and applying discipline-specific procedures and concepts, with decision-making based on experience and best practices.

Preferred background includes:

• Demand and supply planning for new product launches (phase-in, phase-out)
• Consolidating and analyzing global demand plans, inventory levels, and net requirement plans
• SAP Material Reservation process
• Supply allocation
• Coordination across regions for a global business perspective
• Experience with Last Time Buy and Service Planning

Qualifications:

• Development and administration of Power BI reports, dashboards, and KPI scorecards
• Connecting, importing, and transforming data from various sources for Business Intelligence
• Strong analytical skills to translate data into visual insights
• Expertise in advanced calculations within datasets
• Experience in publishing, scheduling, and embedding Power BI reports into other applications using Power BI Service (SaaS)
• Knowledge of secondary tools such as Microsoft Azure, SQL Data Warehouse, SAP S/4HANA
• Ability to develop custom visuals in Power BI
