Job summary

Hilton is seeking a Supplier Management Analyst to join the in-house Hilton Supply Management (HSM) team, supporting brands, owners, and operators from McLean, VA or Memphis, TN. You’ll work on the Global Procurement Applications team and report to the Senior Manager of Supplier Management.

Daily tasks include administering supplier management on the Coupa platform, ensuring process compliance, providing user training, and collaborating with internal and external partners to improve processes

Qualifications

• Two (2) years of professional working experience
• One (1) year working in Procurement or Accounting
• Experience using Coupa (or similar procurement software)
• Hybrid schedule from McLean, VA or Memphis, TN

Responsibilities

• Administer Hilton's Supplier Management processes on the Smart Spend (Coupa) platform including supplier enablement, catalogs, and risk.
• Promote process compliance with internal team members and suppliers to complete supplier tasks.
• Provide system support and training to system users.
• Work with Hilton's internal and external partners to review process improvements and to ensure department goals are met.
• Manage supplier processes including reviewing and approving supplier forms, supplier catalogs, and supplier risk.
• Respond to user questions related to supplier management, catalog management, and supplier risk.

What It Takes to Make the Stay

You Have These Minimum Qualifications

• Two (2) years of professional working experience
• One (1) year working in Procurement or Accounting
• Experience using Coupa (or similar procurement software)
• Hybrid schedule from McLean, VA or Memphis, TN

It Would Be Useful If You Have

• BA/BS Degree or higher in Supply Chain, Accounting, Procurement or related field
• Five (5) years of professional working experience
• Three (3) years of working in Procurement or Accounting
• Certifications in Procurement or Accounting

The pay range for this role is $60,000 – $85,000 and is determined based on applicable and specialized experience and location. Subject to plan terms and conditions, you will be eligible to participate in the Hilton Annual Incentive (Bonus) Plan, consistent with other team members at the same level and/or position within the Company.
