Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent experience/training.
  • At least one year experience with MS Office and document publishing, including document creation, distribution, and management.
  • 2 years of technical aviation experience in FAR Part 121 flight attendant training operations.
  • Experience with AQP standards and program development.
  • Working knowledge of FAA, OSHA, and other governmental regulations pertaining to training.
  • Proficiency with Adobe FrameMaker.

Responsibilities

  • Maintains AQP flight attendant proficiency data within enterprise BI applications and platforms.
  • Analyzes AQP performance/proficiency data to support development of training objectives and monthly reports.
  • Produces regular analysis and reports on instructor submitted AQP data to support standardization.
  • Develops and delivers presentations regarding data trends for management and regulatory agencies.
  • Produces ad-hoc studies in support of stakeholder requests.
  • Develop and maintain Flight Service Training manuals, documents, and forms, including AQP volumes and manuals.
  • Audit training programs, material, and facilitation for FAA, DOD, TSA, IATA and other regulatory requirements.

  • Support the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) regulatory requirements associated with American Airlines' Flight Attendant Advanced Qualification Program (AQP) through data analysis and reporting

  • Maintains AQP flight attendant proficiency data within enterprise business intelligence applications and platforms
  • Analyzes AQP performance/proficiency data to support development of training objectives, monthly reports, and development ofAQP Extended Review Team Report
  • Produces regular analysis and reports on instructor submitted AQP data to support instructor/evaluator standardization
  • Develops and delivers presentations regarding data trends for Flight Service Training management and regulatory agencies
  • Produces ad-hoc studies in support of requests from stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain Flight Service Training manuals, documents, and forms, including but not limited to the AdvancedQualification Program Volumes, Flight Service Training Administration Manual, Instructor Manual, Remediation guide and various data collection forms, including learner surveys
  • Audit training programs, material, and facilitation for compliance with FAA, DOD, TSA, IATA and other regulatory agency requirements
