Job summary

Tarrant County College District (TCCD) is seeking an Analyst, SEO and Analytics to lead SEO initiatives and analytics across all digital platforms. The role focuses on visibility, performance, and data-driven optimization of the college’s online presence.

Qualifications

• Current certification in Google Analytics, SEO, or related area preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for SEO and analytics tracking.

Responsibilities

• Conducts keyword research, competitive analysis, and content gap analysis.
• Ensures TCC digital presences meet accessibility standards, user experience benchmarks, and SEO compliance.
• Supports the Digital Strategy department by providing data-informed strategies to meet outlined digital objectives.

Job Summary:

This role is responsible for leading the development, implementation, and management of SEO (Search Engine Optimization) initiatives and digital analytics across all TCC digital platforms. This role ensures the visibility, performance, and continuous optimization of the college’s online presence through data-driven insights.

• Supports the mission, values, goals, and principles of the College

Required Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree and three (3) years’ working experience related to the Essential Performance Requirements, or any equivalent combination of education and work-related experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• At least one (1) year’s working experience using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, SEO platforms (e.g., BrightEdge), Social media platforms and data visualization tools (e.g., Looker Studio) to track and report analytics and measure performance metrics and rankings
• At least one (1) year’s working experience in a higher education or large public institution
• Current certification in Google Analytics, SEO, or other closely related area

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript in relation to SEO and analytics tracking
• Skilled in excellent customer service and interpersonal relationships, including strong listening, verbal, and written communication
• Skilled using computer applications and enterprise systems, including word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment
• Ability to analyze data and provide sound recommendations based on policy, procedure, practice, and existing regulations
