Analyst, Senior – Sabre Systems

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute successful strategic plans, providing solutions, recommendations, and outcomes across multiple complex tasks in multiple organizations.
- Define problems, analyze and develop strategies to achieve assigned objectives; manage preparation of analyses, evaluations, and recommendations for implementation; provide complex statistical modeling and analysis.
- Evaluate existing business goals, team functionality, and cross‑discipline cooperation to improve internal performance, shorten throughput time, and minimize internal costs while increasing overall quality of work, product, or service output.
- Implement improved systems, procedures, and organizational changes.
- Employ analysis techniques such as work breakdown structures, activity‑based costing, process and productivity improvement measurements, program audits/evaluations, and performance testing to achieve stated objectives.
- Support a U.S. Navy customer by providing readiness assessments, decision‑support products, consistent readiness metrics and reporting, and integrating data from multiple authoritative and legacy sources to deliver actionable analytics and dashboards.
- Apply advanced analytics, including AI/ML techniques (e.g., forecasting, anomaly detection, natural language processing of maintenance narratives), to identify readiness drivers and constraints, improve predictive analytics, and inform trade‑space decisions that balance near‑term readiness with long‑term capability objectives, including fleet legacy platform/systems sustainment and modernization transitions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems management, mathematics, physics, operations research, statistics, or engineering from an accredited college or university, or equivalent specialized experience. Six years of additional related work experience is acceptable.
- Fifteen years of related experience, of which six years must be direct experience in training of Naval Aviation maintenance and supply processes and their data systems.
- Prior military experience as a Commissioned Officer and/or senior level DoW government experience (GS‑14/15, O5/O6) may be considered favorably.
- Active DoD Secret Clearance or higher.
- U.S. Citizen.
Compensation
The general salary range for this position is $103,432.00 – $149,446.00, based on location, qualifications, experience, and contract‑specific requirements.
