Job Title - Analyst, SAP Business Process & Master Data
Contract - 5/12/2025 to 5/8/2026
Shift – 8 AM to 5 PM
Location - 2 T.W.Alexander Drive, Research Triangle Park, NC 27709 United States

Qualifications:

SAP Business Process Expert for Demand Planning and Rough Cut Planning – RTP, NC

HYBRID - Mon/Fri remote; Tue/Wed/Thu onsite. No additional medical exams required other than drug screening.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree, preferably with an engineering degree or equivalent work experience in Supply chain planning, manufacturing, DRP or demand planning
2. 8+ years’ experience in Supply Chain Planning using SAP APO or IBP
3. Experience in SAP Master Data Management, Manufacturing, Procurement, Order Processing, Planning, Logistics
4. Advanced ability using MS Excel, Access, PPT, PBI, Reporting tools and Data Transformation

Skills:

1. Effective written and verbal communication
2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
3. Strong interpersonal skills, including conflict resolution and collaboration
4. Ability to manage changing priorities and work effectively in a dynamic work environment

Responsibilities:

As an SAP Business Process Expert, you will guide the supply chain planning team in areas of process improvements, systems enhancements and change management for demand planning and rough-cut planning.

Areas of responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement process improvement initiatives and optimization projects within assigned areas of responsibilities
2. Collaborate with respective stakeholders in regional and Global teams to successfully implement projects
3. Cross functional collaboration across multiple work streams to effectively implement changes
4. Build and enhance training documents to help with onboarding new planners
5. Lead efforts to improve quality of master data to support planning processes
6. Help with developing and implementing change management strategies for greater adoption of new processes and tools
