Job summary

Hardee's Restaurant Support Center seeks a supply chain analyst to monitor inventory, forecast demand, and support product lifecycle activities in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes data analysis, cross-functional collaboration, and accurate reporting; Hybrid work with on-site Tuesdays- Thursdays is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
• Ability to perform Vlookups and Pivot Tables in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Teams, PowerPoint, PowerBI, Copilot.
• Ability to leverage Microsoft Copilot to optimize tasks and communication.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
• Effective communication and ability to work cross-functionally.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory levels and report on excess, obsolete, or at-risk inventory.
• Produce and maintain liability reports, trackers and sell-through dashboards.
• Monitor and execute product lifecycle activities and phase-in/phase-out of core, test and LTO products.
• Execute demand forecasting for core items, promotions and limited-time offers (LTOs) using historical data and inputs from cross-functional teams.
• Prepare reports and data for the monthly S&OP process.
• Coordinate communication of forecasts, promotions, and product changes to distributors.
• Follow up with distributors on requests to ensure effective execution of projects- including tracking PO’s, monitoring auto-shipments, training shipments, case caps and inventory levels.
• Interpret inventory data and make recommendations to leadership to avoid stock outs, liability, expediated freight and/or missed sales.
• Prepare and distribute field memos for product shortages
• Identify and escape inventory or supply risks to senior team members
• Partner with Supply Chain, Marketing, and Operations to support execution of plans

WORK ENVIRONMENT

• Restaurant Support Center that operates in a fast-paced setting with a high volume of activity and a deadline-driven environment. The role follows a hybrid work model, requiring on-site presence in the office every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• Sitting for extended periods of time, using telephone, typing and/or operating a computer and/or mouse
• Travel could be required - 5%
