Job summary

CKE Restaurants, Inc. in Franklin, TN is seeking a supply chain professional to monitor inventory, produce reports, and support demand forecasting and S&OP processes.

You will coordinate forecasts and product changes with distributors, and help optimize inventory levels across core items and LTOs. Requires a Bachelor’s in Business or Supply Chain (or equivalent), 2–4 years of relevant experience, strong Excel and data skills, and proficiency with PowerBI, Copilot, and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience preferred.
  • Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
  • Ability to perform Vlookups and Pivot Tables in Microsoft Excel.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Teams, PowerPoint, PowerBI, Copilot.
  • Ability to leverage Microsoft Copilot to optimize tasks and communication.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Solid attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
  • Effective communication and ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor inventory levels and report on excess, obsolete, or at-risk inventory.
  • Produce and maintain liability reports, trackers and sell-through dashboards.
  • Monitor and execute product lifecycle activities and phase-in/phase-out of core, test and LTO products.
  • Execute demand forecasting for core items, promotions and LTOs using historical data and inputs from cross-functional teams.
  • Prepare reports and data for the monthly S&OP process.
  • Coordinate communication of forecasts, promotions, and product changes to distributors.
  • Follow up with distributors on requests to ensure effective execution of projects, including tracking POs, auto-shipments, and inventory levels.
  • Interpret inventory data and make recommendations to leadership to avoid stockouts and expediated freight.
  • Prepare and distribute field memos for product shortages.
  • Identify and escalate inventory or supply risks to senior team members.
  • Partner with Supply Chain, Marketing, and Operations to support execution of plans.

Job description

May perform any or all of the following duties:
  • Monitor inventory levels and report on excess, obsolete, or at-risk inventory
  • Produce and maintain liability reports, trackers and sell-through dashboards
  • Monitor and execute product lifecycle activities and phase-in/phase-out of core, test and LTO products
  • Execute demand forecasting for core items, promotions and limited-time offers (LTOs) using historical data and inputs from cross-functional teams
  • Prepare reports and data for the monthly S&OP process

WORK ENVIRONMENT
  • Restaurant Support Center that operates in a fast-paced setting with a high volume of activity and a deadline-driven environment. The role follows a hybrid work model, requiring on-site presence in the office every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
  • Sitting for extended periods of time, using telephone, typing and/or operating a computer and/or mouse
  • Travel could be required - 5%
