Job summary

AAR in Rockford, IL seeks a Program Analyst II to support program analysis, fiscal planning, and development of work plans. You will research data, assess planning documents, and serve as a cost analyst on operations research studies. A BS is required; MS preferred. Competitive benefits and 401(k) available. Program Analyst II

Provides management support services in the areas of program analysis, annual and multi-year fiscal planning, and development of work-plan(s).

What You Will Be Responsible For

• Performs research tasks to obtain various types of data which are analyzed to derive relationships involving system parameters, schedules, and cost variations
• Provides program support interpretation, assessment, and analysis of planning documents and directives received from higher echelon to determine effect on Program Management Office (PMO) objectives and plans
• Serves as cost analyst participating in the planning, coordinating, and conducting of operations research studies of specific material/support systems.
• Assesses the impact of the various major components of hardware on costs and related support systems (i.e., maintenance, logistics, TOE, etc.)
• Monitors cost, schedule, technical, and operational aspects of projects for which responsible.

Compensation

The anticipated salary range for this position is $57,000 to $74,000 annually. This range reflects the base salary for candidates who meet the requirements of the role, including experience, education, and location. AAR offers a competitive benefits package, including medical/dental/vision/life/and AD&D insurance, 401(k) savings plan with employer match, paid time off and holiday pay, as well as opportunities for professional development and growth.
