Who You Are

We’re looking for a detail‑oriented and organized professional to support our operations through effective contract and purchase order management. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to coordinate documentation, oversee RFP/RFI processes, and ensure smooth execution across the procurement lifecycle. This role is ideal for someone with a business or supply chain background who enjoys structure, process management, and cross‑functional collaboration.

What You’ll Do

• Develop a deep understanding of Galaxy’s growing data center business.
• Coordinate contract management, purchase orders, and document review processes.
• Collaborate with the purchasing team, financial operations team, accounting team, vendors, and counterparties.
• Manage RFPs and RFIs end‑to‑end, ensuring timely responses and accurate documentation.
• Support internal teams by maintaining organized records and tracking deliverables.
• Collaborate with vendors and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of agreements.
• Utilize ERP systems to track, process, and report on purchasing and contract activities.
• Identify opportunities to streamline and improve operational workflows.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Project Management, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience within Supply Chain.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills – punctual and detail‑oriented.
• Team player with a can‑do attitude and excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Interest in optimizing processes and contributing to operational efficiency.

Bonus Points

• Previous experience in procurement, vendor management, or operations coordination.
• Experience with contract management and document review.

Salary

Base Salary Range: $100,000—$125,000 USD.
