Starcom, a Publicis Groupe agency, is seeking a junior Paid Social Analyst to support planning, execution, optimization, and analysis of paid social campaigns for major brands in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

You’ll work with Paid Social Managers and partners to ensure campaigns run with precision, are optimized continuously, and grounded in solid measurement frameworks, while growing your knowledge across platforms.

Qualifications

• 6+ months hands-on experience supporting paid social campaign development, management, or optimization.
• Familiarity with major paid social platforms such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and similar ecosystems.
• Digital media operations or agency experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret performance data and identify meaningful insights.
• Experience working within native platform tools or third-party technologies (e.g., APIs, reporting or activation tools).

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day execution and optimization of paid social campaigns across leading platforms, ensuring alignment with client objectives and best practices.
• Assist in developing and activating paid social strategies, including campaign setup, QA, pacing, and performance monitoring.
• Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and optimization opportunities across targeting, creative, bidding, and budgets.
• Partner with the Paid Social Manager to help deliver strategic recommendations and ongoing channel expertise.
• Contribute to campaign reporting by tracking key performance metrics and translating data into clear, actionable insights.
• Support customer, media, brand, and market research efforts that uncover new opportunities and inform future strategies.
• Facilitate knowledge-sharing of results, learnings, and insights with internal teams to drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders across strategy, analytics, and account teams to support integrated media efforts.
• Leverage emerging platform tools and AI-assisted capabilities to enhance efficiency and optimization.

Overview

The Paid Social Analyst is a junior-level, hands-on role focused on supporting the planning, execution, optimization, and analysis of paid social media campaigns. In this role, you’ll apply foundational paid social knowledge to deliver actionable insights and performance-driven recommendations that help meet and exceed client business objectives.

You’ll support innovative, data-informed social strategies while gaining exposure to large, dynamic clients across a variety of industries. Working closely with Paid Social Managers and cross-functional partners, you’ll help ensure campaigns are executed with precision, optimized continuously, and grounded in strong measurement frameworks.

Qualifications

• Digital media operations or agency experience preferred

• Proactive, resourceful, and intellectually curious, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively


• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with intermediate to advanced Excel skills (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, data manipulation)


• Bachelor’s degree preferred

Compensation Range: USD $50,065.00 - USD $73,944.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met.
