Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a full-time Outreach Specialist to coordinate member engagement and ensure access to essential clinical services under Medicaid or Medicare programs.

The role involves responding to member inquiries, supporting HEDIS initiatives, and ensuring accurate medical record capture across multiple systems while maintaining high attention to detail and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' member outreach, health care marketing, and/or other health education experience.
• 1+ years of customer service or call center experience.
• 1+ years of experience working with data.
• Ability to work independently with high attention to detail.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• 2+ years' experience using a personal computer and navigating multiple systems; MS Office Suite (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate member outreach to ensure effective use of health plan benefits.
• Ensure member receipt of important clinical services.

Responds to member inquiries in person, via telephone, and in writing. Provides support for Healthcare Effectiveness Data and Information Set (HEDIS) quality initiatives and regulatory and contractual requirements including outreach to members who are noncompliant in the designated outreach services. Supports effective medical record capture for HEDIS medical record review and abstraction of supplemental data.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:$21.10 - $36.78 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
