Job summary

Advanced Bionics, part of the Sonova Group, is seeking an Analyst, Operations to support leadership with reporting, dashboard management, budget analysis, and project coordination. You will help drive continuous improvement across the site in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will analyze operational data, maintain KPIs, and prepare executive-level reports while coordinating budgets and department inputs. Strong Excel, ERP (SAP), and BI skills are essential.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in an operations, manufacturing, project coordination, or business support environment.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
  • Experience working with ERP systems (SAP preferred) or the ability to quickly learn new platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze operational data using Excel, SAP, Camstar, PLM, Sonova AI, Power BI, and other systems to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
  • Maintain Operations dashboards and KPIs to support daily management and business decisions.
  • Prepare executive-level reports and presentations highlighting operational performance, risks, and opportunities.
  • Review departmental budgets and cost center performance, identifying spending trends and recommending improvements.
  • Support annual Operations budget planning by consolidating forecasts and coordinating department inputs.
  • Coordinate meetings, calendars, travel arrangements, and expense reporting for Operations leadership.
  • Record meeting minutes and follow up to ensure timely completion.
  • Maintain audit-ready documentation, records, and compliance files.
  • Track training records and certifications to support QMS requirements.
  • Coordinate site events including Town Halls and leadership meetings.
  • Partner cross-functionally to improve operational efficiency and support strategic initiatives.
  • Perform additional projects and responsibilities as assigned.

As an Analyst, Operations, you'll play a key role in supporting the Operations leadership team through reporting, dashboard management, budget analysis, project coordination, and executive support while helping drive continuous improvement across the site.

What You'll Do

This role's pay range is between $79,000/yr - $98,000/yr. This role is also bonus eligible.
