The Analyst of Revenue Cycle Management is responsible for overseeing electronic data interchange (EDI) applications, managing electronic submissions to payors, and ensuring accurate and timely revenue recognition. This role includes troubleshooting submission issues, managing user and portal access, maintaining insurance settings and fee schedules, and analyzing reports to identify and resolve revenue discrepancies. The Analyst also supports system access for new hires and terminations and plays a key role in optimizing the revenue cycle process.

Key Responsibilities:
- Completes all EDI applications with payors, including electronic submissions, Electronic Remittance Notices (ERNs), and Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) payments.
- Oversees and maintains all electronic submissions through the clearing house, troubleshooting rejections to ensure clean claim submissions.
- Manages payor portal access by adding and removing users for new hires and terminations.
- Configures and maintains insurance settings between WeInfuse and R2 systems.
- Updates and maintains fee schedules for new contracts and insurance plans to ensure accurate revenue recording.
- Conducts weekly and monthly report analyses to identify revenue recognition gaps and address root cause issues.
- Analyze claims to review overpayments and underpayments against fee schedules and work with department leaders to resolve issues.
- Administers and manages user access for all Revenue Cycle Management and Intake systems, ensuring proper access for new hires and terminations.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance claim efficiency and accuracy.
- Performs additional duties as assigned.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position with typical working hours of Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m CST. Hours, and work shifts may change in accordance with business needs.
You Bring:
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in infusion therapy or related healthcare services.
- Experience working with healthcare insurance and Customer service.
- Minimum of 1 year in current position and has demonstrated:
- Previous willingness to help with extra tasks and co-workers without extra incentive; and those tasks completed with no disruption to normal daily work.
- Positive, upbeat attitude with other team members and management.

This role operates in an office setting, requiring frequent standing, walking, reaching, and lifting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
