Citigroup's Non-Agency Residential Mortgage Transaction Management Group in New York is seeking an Analyst to support loan trading, securitization, and data analysis. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in Excel (VBA/SQL a plus).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong attention to detail, particularly in data analysis and documentation review.
• Interest in residential mortgage markets, structured products, and fixed income.

Responsibilities

• Support loan trading and new issue securitization functions.
• Assist with due diligence coordination and review for loan trades and securitized transactions.
• Support contract negotiations for loan sale/purchase agreements and securitization transactions.
• Assist traders with bid lists, pricing analysis, and settlement coordination for whole loan trades.
• Conduct loan- and pool-level data analytics to support pricing and securitization structuring.
• Contribute to deal structuring, collateral review, and execution of securitized issuances.
