FIS is seeking an Analyst Lead, Strategy & Planning to guide market analyses, translate strategic priorities (including Enterprise AI) into measurable outcomes, and partner across functions to turn data into decision-ready actions. You will support executive communications and work with Strategy Leads to shape the organization’s market position.

The role requires strong financial acumen, cross-functional collaboration, and familiarity with AI tools, with a competitive compensation framework

Qualifications

• 3+ years of strategy experience, ideally from a top-tier strategy consulting firm serving financial services, payments, fintech, or technology
• Knowledge of financial services industry preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Comfort and familiarity with using AI tools

• Conduct detailed analysis of market trends, competitive landscapes, and business outlooks to inform business planning
• Lead high-priority strategic projects end to end; framing complex business issues, directing analysis, and translating findings into actionable recommendations

About the role

The Analyst Lead, Strategy & Planning helps enhance the organization's market position by guiding detailed analyses of market trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging opportunities. Partnering closely with the Strategy Leads, the role will translate strategic priorities, including our Enterprise AI strategy, into clear, measurable outcomes. The role partners across functions to turn data and insight into decision-ready action, supporting executive-level communications.

FIS is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $133,980.00 - $227,770.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
