Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Gather requirements, document user stories, and maintain process flows for Salesforce Commerce Cloud initiatives.
  • Assist with administration, monitoring, and support of Salesforce Commerce Cloud across storefront ops, catalog, and promotions.
  • Triage production issues, document defects, and coordinate resolution.
  • Support release and UAT activities with test scenarios and defect follow-up.
  • Maintain training materials, guides, and knowledge resources for users of the commerce platform.
  • Support Agile/Scrum delivery, update work items, and communicate across teams.
  • Assist with reporting, dashboards, and data analysis to monitor operations.
  • Learn governance, security, change management, and release practices for Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners in a professional, service-oriented manner.

JOB SUMMARY

The Analyst, Digital IT supports the IT Digital Technology team responsible for Salesforce Commerce Cloud ownership, delivery, and lifecycle management across digital commerce experiences. This role partners with business stakeholders, product teams, and technology partners to gather requirements, document processes, triage issues, support testing, and contribute to stable, effective commerce operations. The Analyst builds knowledge of Salesforce Commerce Cloud, digital commerce processes, and enterprise application support practices while supporting storefront, catalog, promotions, order, release, and customer experience initiatives. Success in this role requires curiosity, attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to learn quickly in a collaborative IT environment.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • Support digital commerce stakeholders, IT product owners, and external partners by gathering business requirements, documenting user stories, and maintaining process flows for Salesforce Commerce Cloud initiatives owned by the IT Digital Technology team.
  • Assist with administration, monitoring, and support of Salesforce Commerce Cloud capabilities throughout the development lifecycle, including storefront operations, product catalog updates, promotions, search, order-related workflows, and customer experience touchpoints.
  • Triage production issues, system defects, and end-user support requests by documenting details, coordinating with the appropriate teams, and tracking resolution through established support processes.
  • Participate in release and User Acceptance Testing activities by preparing test scenarios, executing test scripts, documenting results, and supporting defect follow-up for Salesforce Commerce Cloud releases and enhancements.
  • Maintain documentation, training materials, support guides, and knowledge resources that help business users understand and adopt commerce platform capabilities.
  • Support Agile and Scrum delivery activities for the Salesforce Commerce Cloud development lifecycle by updating work items, preparing meeting notes, tracking action items, and supporting timely communication across business, product, and technical teams.
  • Assist with reporting, dashboards, and data analysis to monitor commerce operations, identify recurring issues, and surface opportunities for process improvement.
  • Learn and apply IT Digital Technology governance, security, change management, and release management practices that support the Salesforce Commerce Cloud development lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners in a professional, service-oriented manner while continuing to build business, technical, and platform knowledge.
  • You will perform other duties as assigned.
WHO YOU ARE
  • Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, Digital Technology, or a related discipline; equivalent coursework, internship, or relevant project experience may be considered.
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in business analysis, digital technology, eCommerce, Salesforce, application support, internship, or a related role.
  • Interest in Salesforce Commerce Cloud and digital commerce processes, including storefront operations, catalog, promotions, orders, customer experience, and site support.
  • Ability to learn enterprise applications, document requirements, follow support processes, and elevate issues appropriately.
  • Foundational understanding of business analysis concepts, software development lifecycle practices, Agile/Scrum ways of working, release processes, and user acceptance testing.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools; experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Salesforce tools, reporting tools, or similar platforms is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, organization, and follow-through.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across business, product, and IT technical teams.
  • Curiosity, adaptability, and a proactive approach to learning new systems, tools, and digital commerce processes.
  • Salesforce or eCommerce coursework, certification, Trailhead learning, internship exposure, or hands-on project experience is preferred.

The base pay for this position may vary based on geographic location. Actual base pay offered will be based on several factors including job-specific knowledge, education, skills, and depth of experience. In addition to base pay, we may offer additional forms of compensation as components of a total compensation package, including participation in our bonus program which features the ability to overachieve, in addition to a full range of competitive benefits.
