Ocean Network Express North America seeks an Analyst, International Logistics Key Account in Boise, ID. This role oversees cargo imported/exported to North America for ONE's key accounts and liaises with sales, marketing, yield management, EQC, operations, and other stakeholders to ensure successful execution.
The analyst will deliver proactive reporting, coordinate shipments, and resolve issues such as customs, schedule deviations, and special handling.

This position is responsible for the successful oversight and execution of cargo being Imported/Exported into North America by our Key Accounts. The analyst will be liaising with other internal stakeholders (sales, marketing, strategic Yield management, EQC, operations, etc) as well as representing ONE in customer meetings, business reviews, and day-to-day transactions. Analysts will be working to optimize and coordinate Cargo movement through proactive reporting, notification, problem resolution, and successful execution of account plans based on contractual agreements as well as ad hoc shipment requests. The incumbent will report to a Supervisor.

ONE NA follows a hybrid work schedule requiring employees to work 3 days in the office (i.e. Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) and 2 days remote each week.
Salary commensurate with experience means your pay will be directly proportional to your background, skills, and qualifications.
