Qualifications

• 2–4 years of professional experience in public policy research and analysis.
• Experience in government, nonprofit, or advocacy settings preferred.
• Strong policy writing and research capabilities, with ability to synthesize complex ideas.

Responsibilities

• Conduct rigorous public policy research and analysis to inform recommendations for clients.
• Lead qualitative and quantitative analyses using public and private data sources.
• Prepare first drafts of concise, accessible policy writing for deliverables.
