HR&A Advisors is seeking a Director for its Inclusive Cities practice to lead high-impact city-focused engagements. You will oversee multiple projects, mentor staff, and work with partners to scale innovative approaches that advance equity and opportunity in urban settings.

You will collaborate with public and nonprofit clients, guiding analyses, stakeholder engagement, and strategic decision-making while building new lines of work for Inclusive Cities and related practices.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience in government, urban planning, economic development, real estate, housing, public policy, or related consulting fields.
• Exceptional critical thinking, strong writing and presentation skills, and ability to mentor staff.
