$60,000.00/yr - $70,000.00/yr

Job Title: Implementation - Analyst

Location: New York

Job Type: Full-Time (In-Person, 4-5 days a week in the office)

Reports To: Implementation Project Manager

The ideal candidate for this role should have 2+ years of experience of ETL process and data monitoring. He/she should be highly motivated with technical and analytical skills, and experience in the Financial and Payment Management industry. He/she should be a technical problem solver and a quick thinker with exceptional organizational skills. He/she should also be articulate, organized, patient, thorough and able to deal with a variety of people including client representatives and department leads. He/she should value the energy of in-office work and be eager to collaborate in person to support and enhance team performance.

· Experience of ETL process (Extract, Transform, Load), message layouts and file mapping processes.

· Good working knowledge of SFTP and API.

· Writing and manipulating SQL scripts (MS SQL).

· AWS Server infrastructure experience preferred

· Experience in supporting financial applications and interacting with Banks and PBs.

· Experience with GIT, understanding of Git Flow.

· Experience with TFS.

· Ability to read/write RegEx.

Key Responsibilities:

· Build and maintain ETL payment workflow with banks and Prime Brokers.

· Communicating with clients in a proactive, consultative & professional manner

· Chasing data providers via email and phone, communication with clients on ETA

· Managing & troubleshooting the onboarding process of new funds/accounts (including creating users, reference data workflows, wire configuration, etc)

· Contributing to evolving the daily data validations and client report delivery processes

· Collaborating with Development teams including testing of new products for data extraction and monitoring

· Working with Project manager through the process of new accounts implementation: informing Data Service team of delays and/or new files monitoring
