  • Create and monitor Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), workload projection and financial execution reports.
  • Ensure milestones are met and maintain regular customer contact across PM Offices.

Analyst III

AI Signal Research, Inc. (ASRI) is recruiting for the Redstone Test and Engineering Services (RTES) contract in support of the Redstone Test Center mission to provide superior technical expertise conducting tests, analyzing the results, and reporting the results on systems, subsystems, and components related to aviation, missile, and sensor platforms.

Months/Years of Experience: Must possess a Bachelor's Degree in a technical, science or business discipline from an accredited college/university and six (6) years of experience in one of the following areas, as related to the respective job required: Communication, Logistics, Operations, Finance, Personnel/Human Resource Management, Program Management, Process Improvement, Safety, Security, and Environmental specialties; or an Associate's Degree and eight (8) years of applicable experience in the assigned specialty area; or ten (10) years of experience performing the job duties in the assigned specialty area; or ten (10) years of military training in the specialty area, or a combination thereof, may be substituted for the education requirements. Additional specialization requirements: Program Analyst – four (4) years of the required experience must include experience coordinating projects; collecting data, reviewing technical documents compiling statistics and data for projects; writing narratives, managing the execution of inspection programs, creating, monitoring, and maintaining audit files for program compliance.

Duties: As a part of the test management team, you will serve as an Assistant Account Manager (AAM) for the Utility/TAPO account. The AAM supports the S3 Operations and Test Integration Chief and UTILITY/TAPO Account Manager and assists in the coordination of the planning, management, and oversight of Test and Evaluation (T&E) activities for programs and projects assigned within the RTC. As an AAM you will create, monitor and maintain the project’s: Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), workload projection report and financial execution report. The AAM tracks all active projects and verifies that functional divisions meet critical customer milestones, as well as ensuring constant customer contact with the diverse number of PM Offices that fall under the account. You will monitor project status; provide key input for PMRs; develop proposals and support agreements; support project retirement and metrics; enable RTC to meet cost, schedule, and performance goals in accordance with the RTC Supplement to 73-1.
