Must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related discipline from an accredited college/university and nine (9) years of experience analyzing results of tests, assisting in ensuring data integrity and quality, providing statistical analysis and presenting findings to team members and management; or an Associate's Degree in Engineering or related discipline from an accredited college/university and eleven (11) years of applicable experience; or thirteen (13) years of applicable experience; or thirteen (13) years of applicable military experience performing engineering, analysis, and related functions in research, development, test and evaluation in support of military equipment and systems.

Experience with electromagnetic testing and documentation to MIL standard 461 and MIL standard 464. BS/BA in a discipline capable of supporting management of aviation ground and missle systems. Knowledge of SharePoint and MS Project highly desired.
The technical analyst position supports the RTC ECE Division in the analysis and presentation of data collected during ECE testing on aviation and ground platforms, support equipment, and weapon systems. Duties include ECE data analysis, data manipulation, charting, and formatting of technical documentation. Duties include detailed data analysis of plots, graphs, technical specifications, and test specific data at ECE. This position will work closely with the test engineers and test technicians to ensure all aspects of ECE testing is captured and analyzed for completeness. Receives and interprets technical direction from test engineers or subject matter experts, notes or manuals, and other data relative to ECE test procedures. Ensures technical test requirements are accurate, complete, and meets government MIL-STD specifications and adheres to standards for quality of technical content. The individual will assist engineers with capturing detailed procedures for ECE operations. Also, candidate will work with teams on test specifications requiring the ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts. They will be required to apply knowledge of test procedures, military standards (MIL-STDs), military specifications (MIL-SPECs), military performance specifications (MIL-PRFs), etc..
