Job Summary:

Concentra is recognized as the nation’s leading occupational health care company dedicated to improving the health of America’s workforce. The Analyst, Identity Management will manage access rights and identities, design and implement security technologies, and troubleshoot security incidents to ensure the highest level of security across platforms and applications.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the organization's identity and access management (IAM) systems and processes to include the following areas:

• Experience beyond user/group creation/maintenance

• Identity Management Suite

• API/Third party integrations

• Federated authentication/authorization integrations

• Provide technical support and training to end-users regarding IAM-related processes and tools

• Monitor and analyze IAM-related logs and reports to identify potential security issues or unauthorized access attempts

• Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to IAM

• Assessing and documenting access control requirements, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines, and implementing access control policies.

• Conducting risk assessments, identifying vulnerabilities, and recommending security controls to mitigate risks.

• Monitoring and analyzing user access activities, investigating security incidents, and implementing corrective actions.

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement IAM solutions, integrating identity provisioning, authentication, and authorization processes.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Experience in lieu of required education is acceptable

• 5 -7 years experience in providing operational support of IAM tools for entitlement and access reviews

• Prior experience using IAM tools to establish user access roles, permissions, and profiles or similar technical role

• Experience applying risk management concepts to information technology and identity management scenarios.

• Prior experience with Identity and Access Management Software

• Experience with Firewall, VPN, Intrusion Prevention, Anti-Virus, Encryption, and/or DLP technologies

• Security Information Event Management

• Must be able to work onsite Monday through Friday

• Proven experience making impactful contributions to successful

• Requires superior teamwork

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills a must; ability to read, write, and speak in a professional

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.

• Must possess a personal sense of

• Ability to effectively multi-task and adapt to changing business

• Excellent time management and organizational skills are required

• Excellent attention to detail.

Preferred:

• Experience with IBM Security Verify Governance is a plus
