DailyPay is seeking an Analyst I to support the Data Exchange ecosystem. You’ll monitor data flows, resolve issues, and ensure operational efficiency while participating in a fast-paced environment. The role demands strong analytical skills and collaboration across teams.

As an Analyst I, you are the first line of defense to assist in monitoring DailyPay’s Data Exchange ecosystem while developing a foundational understanding of the technical tools used to maintain system health. You will utilize standard operating procedures and information from multiple sources to conduct thorough research, and drive the rapid resolution or escalation of issues affecting the data flow between DailyPay and our partners. This is a queue-facing role focused on high-quality execution in a fast‑paced environment. You are not simply closing tickets; you are expected to perform deep research into various Data Exchange issues to ensure the root cause is understood and addressed whenever possible.
This role requires coverage Friday – Tuesday, 8:00 am – 4:00 pm GMT.
