Exhibit professional behavior, promote positive working relationships, and maintain regular and predictable attendanceThe Ideal Candidate for This Role:1. Bachelor's degree (Finance, Accounting, Business, or related) or equivalent work experience2. Ability to multi-task while adhering to timetables for completion3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills4. Working knowledge of applicable compliance regulations including (but not limited to) FCRA, CRA, HMDA, and BSAAdditional Qualifications:1. One year credit underwriting or related experience, preferably in Commercial Lending2. Preferably, a working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products3. Preferably, a working knowledge of Optimist, First Impressions, TBS and First WorkCandidates must possess unrestricted work authorization and not require future sponsorship.Compensation:Compensation range (base pay): $47,613.00-$78,560.00This role may have a specific starting pay within this range.Final compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon work experience, education, and/or skill level.Work Environment:It is anticipated that the incumbent in this role will work in a hybrid capacity, balancing in-person collaboration three (3) days a week with remote flexibility two (2) days a week.
