Job summary

X-energy LLC is seeking a data analytics professional to support business operations by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data from multiple sources. • Elicit and refine business requirements via interviews with stakeholders at all levels within the organization and via review of existing process documentation and other artifacts.
• Lead and participate in cross-functional projects aimed at improving business operations.
• Develop project plans, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure timely project completion.
• Work closely with various departments, including operations, regulatory, engineering, and quality assurance, to gather information, understand needs, and deliver comprehensive analytical solutions.
• Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and dashboards to communicate findings and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders.
• Maintain professional demeanor and behavior at all times in all forms of communication.
• Perform other duties as assigned by manager.

Job Description

This role is responsible for supporting business operations through collection, analysis, and interpretation of data, creating tools, dashboards, displays, and other reports for managerial review. This role works closely with TRISO-X managers to implement business strategies based on data analyses.

Job Profile Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business management, information technology, or a related field or comparable professional experience.
• Candidates with experience in Sharepoint and Power Platform are preferred.
• Experience with technical writing.
• Experience planning, organizing, and prioritizing multiple projects independently to meet deadlines and to complete tasks.

Compensation As required by Maryland and other applicable state law, X Energy, LLC (X-energy) lists the expected compensation range for a publicly advertised job opportunity based upon the job requirements (e.g. education/training, experience, skill sets, etc.).
