The Interpretation and Communication Access Section (ICAS) facilitates access to critical information and programs for people with disabilities, individuals who are Deaf or hard of hearing, and those who speak a primary language other than English. The ICAS is responsible for coordinating and administering communication access services (e.g., American Sign Language (ASL) and spoken language interpretation and captioning) contracts, as well as providing and facilitating equal communication access for individuals who are Deaf, hard of hearing, and those who speak a primary language other than English.

CDSS is seeking (1) Analyst I
As a Analyst I you’ll be part of a dynamic team dedicated to enhancing language and communication access services across the Department. Working under the guidance of the Supervisor II, you’ll contribute to critical projects that impact diverse communities.
This role offers collaborative support, professional development opportunities, and increasing independence, making it an ideal position for someone eager to grow in the field of contract administration and accessibility services. Your contributions will ensure seamless interpretation, captioning, and language access solutions while fostering inclusivity in government services.
