Our shared purpose is to bring the kitchen to life — the place where people spend a significant part of their personal and family lives, and the true heart of any home.

The Workday Analyst is responsible for supporting the configuration, testing, and optimization of Workday to meet the organization’s HR and business needs. This role works closely with Talent Acquisition, Benefits, Team Member Engagement, IT, and external vendors to ensure data integrity, process efficiency, and user satisfaction. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise with business acumen, with hands-on experience in Workday configuration, reporting, and basic integration knowledge.

This position follows a hybrid work model: the selected candidate will work onsite in Livonia, Michigan, Monday through Thursday, and remotely on Fridays.

  4. Create and maintain custom and standard reports in Workday to meet business and compliance requirements.
  5. Execute release testing and validation to ensure system stability and functionality.
  6. Act as liaison between HRIS and business users to identify processes outside Workday and lead efforts to integrate them into the system.
  7. Manage data loads using EIBs for mass updates or changes.
  8. Support projects involving Workday system configuration, testing, and deployment.
  9. Assist with Workday integrations, troubleshooting, and coordination at a beginner level.
  10. Train internal HR team members as needed.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
