What You Will Work On

You’ll play a key role in shaping and optimizing our Workday-powered HR technology platform. From designing and configuring business processes to implementing technical requirements, you’ll ensure our HR systems run smoothly and efficiently. Your work will directly impact how we deliver HR services across the organization, making processes more intuitive and reliable. In this role, you’ll collaborate on system upgrades, enhancements, and testing to guarantee accuracy and performance. You’ll develop advanced reports, dashboards, and calculated fields, while also supporting integrations and data integrity. • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of HR Systems (HCM/HRIS/HRIT) experience or 5+ years of functional HR experience
• 2+ years of Workday configuration and development experience (preferred)
• Advanced Workday training (BIRT, Studio, Report Writer, Calculated Fields) strongly preferred
• Strong technical aptitude with excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to document and configure business processes and specifications
• Advanced Excel skills (formulas, macros, pivot tables) preferred
• Exceptional time-management and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and presentation skills across all levels
• Customer-focused mindset with strong interpersonal skills
• A team-first attitude; while your core duties are your priority, you\'re happy to step in wherever you\'re needed
