    What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
    - Conduct data analysis to identify trends and strategic opportunities for quality improvement within assigned Lines of Business
    - Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to health service utilization, cost of care, and quality measures
    - Collaborate with subject matter experts to support market workflows addressing quality measures
    - Provide ad-hoc reporting and data analysis support for field teams and internal partners
    - Prepare and deliver monthly KPI reports to support data-driven decision-making

    What is Required (Qualifications):
    - Bachelor’s degree in health services administration, health policy, mathematics/statistics, information technology, or related fields, or equivalent work experience
    - Two years of experience in an analytic role
    - Extensive experience with Excel or Google Sheets, including data manipulation and pivot tables
    - Strong attention to detail and exemplary written and verbal communication skills
    - Highly organized with a proactive approach to clarity and prioritization

    How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
    - Experience using Tableau or other data management software
    - Comfortable tackling ambiguous problems with a high degree of autonomy
    - Experience with data automation (e.g., macros) and advanced analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Snowflake)
