What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends and strategic opportunities for quality improvement in value-based care
- Track key performance indicators related to health service utilization, cost of care, and quality measures for applicable health plan payer contracts
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to support market workflows and drive quality performance improvement
- Prepare and deliver monthly KPI reports to support data-driven decision-making
- Provide ad-hoc reporting and data analysis support as directed by leadership
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in health services administration, health policy, mathematics/statistics, information technology, or equivalent work experience
- Two years of experience in an analytic role
- Extensive experience with Excel or Google Sheets, including data manipulation and pivot tables
- Strong attention to detail and exemplary communication skills
- Highly organized and proactive in addressing clarity and prioritization in tasks
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience using Tableau or other data management software
- Comfortable with ambiguous problems and working autonomously
- Experience with data automation (e.g., macros) and advanced analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Snowflake)
