PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  1. Assist ESG consultants in advising clients on sustainability and governance initiatives, disclosures, and engagements.
  2. Create client presentations, reports and other deliverables.
  3. Research and analyze governance and ESG-related topics.
  4. Support the development and project management of client ESG/sustainability reports.
REQUIREMENTS:
  1. Bachelor’s degree (Degrees in finance/business, sustainability, communications, or similar fields are a plus)
  2. Previous internships or work experience related to sustainability, ESG, climate change, or corporate governance is a plus.
  3. Familiarity with ESG reporting standards and frameworks, rating agencies, and emerging US and international regulations.
  4. Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
  5. Analytical and team player, quick learner with strong attention to detail.
  6. Strong work ethic, organization and project management skills.
  7. Alignment with Rivel's core values.
Compensation:

The range of base compensation for this position is a minimum of $63,700 to a maximum of $68,000. Compensation is adjusted based on skill, effort, responsibility, education, training, credentials, geographic location, working conditions and/or experience.
