Job summary

Skechers USA, Inc. is seeking a Merchandising professional to own international assortments and drive regional sales. You will collaborate with the INTL Merchandising Manager to develop country-specific plans and communicate opportunities to distributors and stores.

The role requires 4+ years in merchandising, strong Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs), and a bachelor’s degree. International experience is highly desirable; retail sales experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience in Merchandising.
• Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with INTL Merchandising Manager on overall country assortments to drive sales.
• Be a product expert to communicate product lines and build compelling assortments for retail stores.
• Review store assortments to identify opportunities by sales, initiatives, and country needs.
• Review U.S. retail store trends and communicate bestsellers to countries for testing and buys.
• Analyze monthly/quarterly sales to identify drivers and opportunities across categories.
• Communicate with distributors via email and calls about business and opportunities.
• Collaborate daily with Planning, Product, and Customer Service teams.

Review business and assortments to determine additional opportunities based on the needs within each country. Work directly with the planning team to communicate product opportunities based on sales history, volume, store layouts, and capacities.
