Job summary

Skechers USA, Inc. is seeking a Director of Procurement in Southern California to lead strategic procurement across materials, services and indirect spend.

You will guide a team of buyers, specialists, and analysts, driving cost reductions and ensuring supplier performance in a global supply chain. The role requires 7–10+ years in procurement with leadership experience, strong negotiation skills, and proficiency in procurement systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 7–10+ years in procurement and supply chain with strategic sourcing and cost reduction.
• 3–5 years of leadership/management experience.
• Strong analytical and budgeting capabilities.
• Excellent negotiation and contract management skills; regulatory compliance knowledge.
• Proficiency with procurement software and data analytics tools.
• Strong communication and collaboration across organizational levels.
• Certifications (CPSM, CPPO, APICS, PMP) and supplier diversity experience preferred.
