Job summary

Nasdaq, Inc. is seeking a driven student or recent graduate to join the Equity Analysis team at Nasdaq Dorsey Wright in Richmond, VA. In this role you will support investment research, monitor markets, and help prepare research reports and presentations.

You'll gain hands-on experience with financial markets, investment products, and regulatory considerations while collaborating with analysts and cross-functional teams in a hybrid, office-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to interpret financial/regulatory documents.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Curiosity about global markets, investment products and research.

What You'll Do

• Support senior analysts in evaluating and monitoring investment managers and related recommendations.

What We're Looking For

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Eagerness to learn, ask questions, and take on new challenges in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial and regulatory documents.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Curiosity about global markets, investment products, and financial research.
• Nice to Have Internship or academic project experience related to equity research or financial analysis.
• Familiarity with financial data tools or platforms (e.g., Excel, Bloomberg).
• Involvement in finance‑related student organizations or extracurricular activities.

This position is located in Richmond, Virginia and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in‑office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.
