About the Role

1. Acts as a liaison among business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, communicate, and validate requirements for changes to business products, processes, and systems. Collects, analyzes, and synthesizes data to document requirements, ensuring needs are met.
2. Translates requirements into detailed technology needs with some guidance. Reviews product needs, instructions, regulations, and laws on medium-level projects; implements requirements documents, which may include software changes, testing, and customer support.
3. Creates automations using Microsoft Power Automate to complete repetitive or common business process tasks.
4. Authors and communicates requirements documentation with some guidance. Undertakes a combination of technical implementation and testing tasks as appropriate.
5. Understands customer and/or product needs within the context of internal and external requirements and software development information.

About You

1. Analyzes the usage and performance of development tools, workflows, and training needs to understand their impact on productivity and efficiency.
2. Provides guidance, support, and training for internal systems and tools to engineering teams.
3. Collaborates with software engineers to understand their needs and pain points, implementing data-driven solutions.
4. Creates automations for business processes using Microsoft Power Automate, Python, or similar solutions.
5. Advocates for developers' needs in internal discussions based on data analysis.
6. Works with product, engineering, and business teams to ensure system usability and product quality.
7. Contributes to documentation, tutorials, and educational resources for developers.
8. Keeps abreast of trends in software development, developer tools, and business analysis methodologies, advising on new technologies.
9. Creates and reviews metrics to assess future needs and promote best practices.
