Stream Realty Partners in Washington, DC seeks an Analyst to grow within an entrepreneurial Digital Infrastructure team focused on mission-critical data centers and AI-driven real estate. You will support client pursuits and deal execution while designing tools to speed up workflows.

Job Description

POSITION OVERVIEW

This Analyst role provides a great opportunity for someone eager to grow their career in an entrepreneurial environment. Stream's new Digital Infrastructure Team is dedicated to mission-critical digital infrastructure, including data centers, hyperscale campuses, AI training and inference facilities, and other power-intensive real estate. This position will support client pursuits and deal execution while helping design the tools that make the team faster and sharper. We're looking for a highly organized analyst who combines operational rigor with real curiosity about AI and the evolving compute-driven real estate landscape.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support brokers on client pursuits, deal execution, and process development
• Build working knowledge of leasing, tenant representation, and commercial real estate fundamentals

• Excellent written communication and attention to detail
