Job Description

Position Overview

As an Analyst, Renewable Development with Invenergy, you support our Renewable Development Department on several key functions of the company. This position will be based at our headquarters in Denver, Colorado.

Responsibilities

• Create documents and presentations
• Prepare budgets, meeting agendas and taking notes in Strategy and Departmental meetings
• Assist with identifying development prospects and assist developers in meetings
• Effective handling of confidential data and sensitive information
• Track department key performance indicators and provide recommendations to improve metrics where applicable
• Identify opportunities to eliminate errors and implement process improvements
• Work with cross‑functional groups to gather and document process/system improvement requirements
• Utilize project management skills to develop and implement process and system improvements
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned
• Understand and drive performance, with visibility to executive leadership which provides upward mobility opportunities in our fast‑paced, growing organization
• Proactively and reactively use processes to solve problems and enhance business process efficiencies throughout the entire development department

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 1+ years of professional work experience
• Travel as needed, anticipated 25% of the time
• Eligible to work in the United States without the need for employer visa sponsorship now or in the future

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Engineering
• Excellent communication and strong critical thinking skills with the ability to identify and solve problems
• Proficient in all MS Office software especially Word, Excel, and SharePoint

Base Pay

$60,000.00 - 77,000.00 USD Annual

Bonus: 15%

The base pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target salary for the position. Invenergy considers a number of factors when determining base pay offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate’s experience, education, and skills.
