Job Title: Contracts and Pricing - Individual Contributor

Job Description

Assist in evaluating and implementing pricing strategies and models based on current business and competitive market dynamics. Conduct research and perform competitive pricing analysis, ensuring practices maintain company reputation and customer satisfaction. Collaborate with Sales/Marketing, Business Development, and Finance to correctly position product portfolios and establish pricing programs aligned with product/sales strategy and revenue recognition requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Manage SAP price dispute cases for all Business Units using SAP where customers dispute their invoice price.
  • Investigate and resolve price disputes, involving contract activations where necessary.
  • Support Customer Solutions team members throughout the price dispute review process.
  • Collect and analyze data using internal systems and databases.
  • Provide analysis of price dispute information, including volume, root cause, and approved/denied $ volume, as needed by internal customers.
  • Ensure a target of 90% of cases are completed within the required 30-day SLA.
  • Provide expedited support and guidance on escalations and urgent requests for customers.
  • Train and guide internal business partners on processes and systems.
  • Learn, employ, and champion best practices and processes.
  • Support contract audit requests with documentation as required by the internal audit team.
  • Continuously review internal processes and technology to identify improvement opportunities and develop implementable strategies to improve effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Manage relationships with peers in internal client organizations, including Contracting, Costa Rica Finance, and EAM.
Essential Skills

Work Environment

The position involves working with various internal departments such as Sales/Marketing, Business Development, and Finance. It requires collaboration and communication across different teams and the ability to work within a dynamic competitive environment. The role also necessitates the use of SAP and other internal systems to manage and resolve pricing disputes.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.58 - $32.26/hr.
