Position Title: Analyst, Contract Lifecycle Management

Position Summary: The Analyst, Contract Lifecycle Management serves as a primary interface between JetBlue’s Contract Lifecycle Management Center of Excellence (CLM CoE), our network of business partners, stakeholders, and the Strategic Sourcing team. The role involves supporting contract lifecycle processes, including performance metrics, contract execution, renewal processes, and stakeholder communication to ensure contract adherence. The Analyst partners with Strategic Sourcing and stakeholders to keep all parties informed about contractual matters, ensuring operational and commercial needs are met while delivering excellent customer service. The position reports to the Senior Manager, Contract Lifecycle Management Center of Excellence.

Essential Responsibilities:

  1. Manage transactions stemming from corporate initiatives and internal stakeholders.
  2. Support Business Reviews (Monthly and Quarterly), including preparing materials for leadership meetings.
  3. Develop and operationalize business partner performance metrics, ensuring regular review and meaningful assessment.
  4. Participate in business unit meetings to facilitate communication and address open issues.
  5. Evaluate contract compliance and advise on contractual rights and obligations.
  6. Assist in sourcing initiatives to maximize value, estimate cost savings, and evaluate KPIs.
  7. Identify operational efficiencies and support data analysis and recommendations.
  8. Establish a portfolio of core business partner services.
  9. Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Experience and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Economics, or related field, or equivalent experience with a High School Diploma/GED plus 4 years relevant work experience.
  • At least 1 year of strategic sourcing, supplier, or service management experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, reporting tools, and ad hoc report creation.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Financial, quantitative, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to reconcile invoices and interpret contractual documents.
  • Availability for overnight travel (10%) and possession of a valid passport for US travel.
  • Must pass pre-employment drug test and be legally eligible to work in the US. No visa sponsorship available.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Two years of strategic sourcing or related experience.
  • Experience in sourcing, contracts, or similar operations.
  • Basic project management skills.

  • Attendance, punctuality, and professional appearance.
  • Flexibility for work hours and short-notice responses.
  • Support JetBlue’s safety culture and report safety/security concerns.
  • Use of automated tools like ChatGPT during interviews disqualifies candidates.

  • Compensation: $64,350 - $89,600 annually, with benefits including healthcare, 401(k), stock purchase, travel benefits, and more.
